u/FootfaceOne:
I always laughed when you used to tease GoWon about her singing. What do your friends tease you about?
Because of my sensitive personality, I tend to clutch my head when I get stressed and they copy those kinds of actions a lot
u/girlinthemud:
I wanted to ask you, what is your favorite song to perform on tour?
Hi~~~~ The song I enjoyed performing the most on tour was Hashtag ! The chair dance was fun, thank you for supporting me !
u/Camiorbit:
Hi Yves! You’re very talented with words and at expressing yourself, it really moves me deeply. Have you ever thought about writing a poetry book? I’m sure you’d do an amazing job!
If I get the chance someday, I'd like to release a photobook crafted out of my writings and photography..... Just a wish
u/mellyia:
i was wondering if you have any advice you would give to younger orbits? like, what would you tell your teenage self?
You may have many difficult moments from both internal and external influences, but all of it will pass in the end, so I hope you won't fall too much into the darkness and keep walking the path that you are on.ᐟ I am always your fan, don't forget.ᐟ
u/cptzan:
hi Yves, fashion seems to be a really important part of your life! what are some of your favourite clothing brands?
I like the Yohji Yamamoto collection, for its details.ᐟ
u/airotciv97:
What made you more nervous: debuting again, or making your first comeback as a solo artist? And if you could pick any artist in the world, who would you have a collab with in your next album?
The thing that's always at the center of my thoughts and worries is me. A pessimistic self-esteem.ᐟ I'm always working to overcome that. Lately I've been listening to Olivia Rodrigo again, but a collab? That's just a dream ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ [laughter]
u/vvhatever-forever:
1. If you have any down time, do you have any hobbies or do any crafting?
2. out of your solo work or work with LOONA, do you have a favorite remix someone has done?
1. I tend to not try to overcome anything, and be in bed and sleep all day ... But lately, watching Harry Potter?..
2. I saw that someone made a NewJeans version of LOOP and I was surprised by how it fit them better than me ..
u/Firm-Taro5581:
Hi Yves, I don't know if you're going to be able to read my question, but you recently shared a little about your journey to Buddhism, I know faith is personal, but what Buddhist philosophy or saying do you find yourself most comforting or brings you peace and ease of mind?
Mm, "If I do wrong, it will all come back to me as karma." "Even if someone dislikes me, I should embrace them." These are the sayings I like !
u/Florastel:
Since you put a lot of effort and thought into your music and MVs and the meaning behind every little detail, I wanted to ask if you ever go online to listen to the interpretations and thoughts of the fans about certain songs / music videos, and if so, what was your favorite theory or thought this far?
I do actually watch a lot of MV reactions ㅋㅋㅋㅋ and all the comments
u/maliciousmuf:
Yves, I know you said Caroline Polachek is a big inspiration for your music. What are your favorite songs by her?
Welcome to my island and bunny is a rider..? Because im a bunny
u/JA19733:
1. I know that you have learned and love to compose music and I was wondering were there any songs you wished you could redo because you think it would improve the song?
2. Where do you get inspirations for your song compositions? Are there any artists that you feel inspired by or you just let the world inspire you?
3. How did you get into composing music? I know that you started to learn composing near the “Flip That” era (I’m so sorry for bringing bad memories of BBC 😭) but who or what pushed you into composing music?
4. will there be official Yves plushies? A lot of Kpop groups released their own plushies and I was wondering if you would do it too?
1 Not so much redo anything, but I would like to create a totally new song. I'm looking forward to it too.ᐟ
2 I think it's good to be observational while listening to music from diverse genres. For example doing one listen while focusing on the vocals, and another listen focusing on the melody.ᐟ
3 I got into composition because, was it after Why Not..? I don't recall for sure, but I was upset about a hiatus that was getting long. I didn't really get full-fledged support, but it was voluntary, and I started with self-study at first, then MIDI lessons, and then I pivoted into being a topline maker.
4 There is an apple doll key ring.ᐟ Maybe that's different..
u/sellstrom3735:
Yves! What's your favorite beer? Also what kind of YouTube videos do you watch when you unwind?
Terra.. is a korea beer. I usally watch history of korea and some scary videos..?
u/sarushiu:
If you had the chance to leave a secret message for someone to find 100 years from now, what would you say and why?
It's too late but I really did love you and even now when you're not by my side I still love you .ᐟ.ᐟ.ᐟ.ᐟ.ᐟ
The reason being because I love you .ᐟ.ᐟ.ᐟ
u/mariposamango:
have you ever been inspired by any other korean soloists (like SUMIN, Hoody, Heize, Yerin Baek, SOLE, The Deep, etc.) that also have very unique musical and artistic styles like you? if so, would you like to collaborate with any of them? i think a SUMIN collab would compliment your voice and style perfectly! <3
Baek Yerin sunbaenim....? I love her
u/Linneduck:
I have two questions: What was your life growing up in Busan like? How do you find stability and peace in your daily life?
I'll never forget my memories from Busan my homesweethome.ᐟ As for daily life, at times I avoid it but I'll vent with a friend, or really try to extinguish my emotions that day. By way of things like eating something tasty or watching a movie.ᐟ
I'd also like to say thank you so much for waiting for me through difficult times. I love you.ᐟ
u/kianayayaya:
Hi Yves! Who gives the best hugs in Loona? Orbits love you 🩷🩷
Gowonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
u/ztodapositive:
Hi Yves! Do you believe in Aliens? Hyunjin doesn’t count.
I do believe. It doesn't make sense that it's just us in this vast universe.
u/InflatableBoyWonder:
I’ve been loving your style and you come across so effortlessly cool. The writings you have shared also show how thoughtful, reflective and insightful you are! You pick a lot of really good songs for your instagram posts and have shared interesting movies too. So, I was wondering how you discover new movies and music? And also, I was curious if you find yourself writing about different works after you watch or hear them and how you do if so.
When I come across good writing or scenery or thought, in order to not forget and to remember, I note it down or take a photo or collect it in some other way. I think inspiration is everywhere in our daily lives, rather than being in any special place. So let's have a beautiful outlook on the world.ᐟ
u/yves_favorite_gf:
Hi Yves :) What’s something you’ve been wanting to do these last days?
Hey girlfriend. I want to binge through the remaining Harry Potter movies that I didn't get through over Christmas.
u/oddiactive:
hi yves ily friend 🫶🫶i’ve been loving your releases so much (diorama especially has been on repeat since you dropped its one of my fave songs of the year)!! i was wondering what parts of the artistic direction for your solo releases (concept merch and logo/album design) have been mostly your decision and what parts were influenced by other people at the company/that you’re working with? everything from artistic direction to sound has been so unique and fun but still cohesive im always impressed! i also wanted to know what led you into the sound you’ve created for your 2 projects so far, i love them both and wanted to know if there were any artists that inspired your interest in the type of music you’re creating or what other influences may have been on the tracks you’ve produced so far? i hope you’re enjoying the tour and that ill get to see you at some point!
I always ponder about how I can distinguish myself as a soloist, and sometimes that makes me feel helpless. But I think that kind of process is essential, so I don't avoid it. In order to further develop the unique character that I possess, I've been having careful conversations with the company for each album, and I think I get those positive musical influences from Millic CEO-nim or IOAH, so I am grateful for that!
u/avocadoo29:
Heyy Yves, how are you??
I'd like to know, what are some things that inspire you when it comes to doing music??

안녕 라이벌야! My question is how did you build up the courage to decide to go solo? It must've been hard to take that leap of uncertainty. Were you just so passionate that you weren't scared of failing? Or you were scared but just pushed through it with the help of engdus, family, and friends?
I think that over the course of time my inner self had been saying, "let's try going solo". I was afraid but I was certain of myself.ᐟ
Next time I will win at rock paper scissors
u/KingTre1023:
Hi Yves, what can Engdus and Orbits expect for next year? 🤗
Amazing New album
u/Rustybeefus:
I'm curious to hear about your future activities! Mainly the US tour and your appearance at KoreaFest!
I hear you're judging some of the performances. I think that's such a cool opportunity, what are you most excited to see from the contestants?
If there's one message to pull from your journey as a soloist that you could share, what do you want people to know?
I think I'll receive inspiration and passion from watching their performances and they're going to motivate me, so I'm looking forward to that and I'm grateful.ᐟ
My journey is Harry Potter. Because you want to know what happens next.
u/Ok-Once789:
Is loona OT12 gonna happen?

u/nahobeano287:
